About Me
I love teaching the upper grade elementary students. My teaching career began in 1997 in Pensacola at the elementary school I attended as a child. Prior to that I worked as a tutor at that same elementary school for 3 years during college. I am proud to be a Caro Captain now! My teaching experience includes 3rd, 4th and 5th grade. I am also a mom to 2 awesome kids, 2 dogs, a couple neighborhood kitties and a guinea pig. My daughter is a college freshman and my son is a high school sophomore. Our home is in Alabama, so we cheer for the Crimson Tide! The gulf coast is a beautiful place to live and enjoy the beach. I feel lucky to call this my home. Disney World is where I love to vacation. Someday when I retire from teaching I would like to work for Disney or just live close to enjoy the parks daily.
